The A-928 HVLP is designed for low overspray and high production. Low overspray is achieved by converting compressor air to High Volume Low Pressure in the air cap. Applications for this spray gun include automotive finish coats, furniture fine finishing, metal fabrication and most other spray type jobs.
The pressure feed gun is used with a remote pressure pot or a transfer pump.
Spray fan control is adjusted at the top back of gun, horizontal and vertical pattern is controlled at the air cap and material flow is controlled at the back of the gun. Materials which can be sprayed include automotive paint, metallic, epoxy, urethane, lacquer, varnish, enamel, stain, latex, oil base, multi-color, etc. The fluid needle and seat are made of stainless steel and the entire gun can be placed in a gun cleaning cabinet. This gun is supplied with a 1.4 mm general purpose nozzle for thin materials such as lacquer, stain and enamels.

Le contrôle de la largeur du jet de pulvérisation est ajusté en haut à l'arrière du pistolet, le modèle de jet horizontal et vertical est contrôlé au niveau du chapeau d'air et le flux de produit est contrôlé à l'arrière du pistolet. Les matériaux qui peuvent être pulvérisés comprennent le vernis, l'uréthane, la laque, la peinture automobile, l'époxy, l'émail, la teinture, le latex, la base d'huile et les revêtements industrielles de haute viscosité avec l’utilisation d’une plus grosse aiguille. Le pistolet d'aspiration est livré avec un récipient 3M PPS de 850 ml ce qui permet de l’utiliser sous n’importe quel angle et peut également être utilisé avec une cuve sous pression en option. L'aiguille fluide et le siège sont en acier inoxydable et l'ensemble du pistolet peut être placé dans une armoire de nettoyage de pistolet. Le pistolet a succion est fourni avec une buse à usage général de 1.8 mm.
