Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs will be added to the invoice and charged to your credit card as the order is processed. You will receive VIA e-mail a Shipping Quote within 2 business days outlining the options and costs available to you. All delivery methods listed below will have an additional 1-7 days added to the shipping time to allow for packaging and pick up delays. Some options may be restricted due to package size and weights. All orders will be shipped as one package only (some exceptions may apply).
Shipping within Canada:
Canada Post Ground Mail is the most economical method of shipping. Shipping time is 3 to 14 business days.
Canada Post Xpresspost is a quicker, yet still economical method of shipping. Shipping time is 1 to 3 business days for urban areas and 5 to 7 business days for rural areas.
UPS Standard Ground is an expedient, traceable method of shipping. Shipping time is 7 to 14 business days.
UPS Express is the quickest method of shipping. Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days to most locations.
Shipping to United States:
Canada Post U.S. Expedited Mail and Xpresspost U.S. is the most economical method of shipping. Shipping time is 6 to 12 business days for Expedited Parcel and 3 to 5 business days for Xpresspost. Duties, Taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiving party.
UPS Standard Ground is an economical and traceable method of shipping. Shipping time is 5 to 14 business days to most centres. All Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiving party.
UPS Express is an expedient, traceable method of shipping. Shipping time is 2 to 3 business days to most centres. Brokerage fees are included in shipping cost, but Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.
All Other Regions:
Canada Post International Air Mail is the most economical method of shipping. Shipping times vary by destination.
UPS Express is an expedient, traceable method of shipping. Shipping time is 2 to 4 business days to most centres. Brokerage fees are included in shipping cost, but Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.
Export Restrictions
Importing products into your country is controlled by customs. These controls change periodically. We have marked our products which are known to be restricted in the U.S.A.
Damaged goods received or shipments lost in transit, must be reported to the carrier and Lemmer immediately.
