RP-460-HD rustproofing kit

The RP-460-HD rustproofing kit is an updated version of our proven A-460 system. New to this gun is a heavy wall 1litre container that raises the pressure rating to 125 psi max, allowing the RP-460 to have better atomization and much faster delivery in heavier products.

Included with the kit is a 45 degree x 10’ hook wand with top quality 18’ flex hose, a round nozzle for direct application and a quick coupler on the gun to allow fast changes between nozzle and wand.

The RP-460-HD works with most any undercoating, rustproofing or anticorrosion product.

RP-100 Gun kit w/2 wands

This is a great entry-level spray gun for the home user or for the larger shop as a touch up gun.

Simply fill the 1 litre container, connect a compressed air supply of up to 100 psi, and start spraying.

A 90 degree hook wand and 360 degree flex wand are included with the kit. Works with most common rustproofing and undercoating products.

2.25 Gallon Pressure Pot Kit

The A-910 gun atomizes the material by mixing air with the product in the gun's spray head.

The wand included with the system has an angled metal venturi nozzle with a heavy duty flexible rubber hose. It produces a conical spray pattern for general purpose applications.

RP1600 Rustproofing System

The RP1600 portable rustproofing system is excellent for conventional light bodied rustproofing products.

The electric airless piston pump makes this system simple to operate and easy to clean. Product is delivered to the spray nozzle at high pressure to ensure fast application rates and a fine spray that reaches all areas of the vehicle.

F-1001 Fogger Gun

The Lemmer F-1001 is a compact, light weight gun ideal for all shops wanting the most professional results.

It had a modern design with features such as 3300 psi maximum pressure, captive o-ring in the mixing cap for a positive seal and built in 100M filter. The gun body is made of forged aluminum and fluid shut-off valve parts are made of tungsten carbide for long life.

RP-1115 Barrel Pump 60L

The RP-1115 series is a family of heavy duty pumps designed for use with rustproofing and undercoating products. These pumps are an air powered double acting piston design for excellent performance and a long service life.

Three lengths are available for direct fit in 45 gallon (205 litre) drum, 60 litre keg, or 20 litre pail. The 20 litre version is also equipped with a ¾ NPT inlet thread for use with a remote suction hose in a wall mounted system. All versions feature a 15:1 ratio with a maximum air input pressure of 130 psi, maximum fluid output pressure of 1950 psi, and a maximum suggested tip size of 0.021" – 0.023" depending on material viscosity. Fogging is the best technology for spraying inside of doors, body cavities another hard to reach areas of vehicles, aircraft, industrial machinery, or military equipment. The Lemmer RP-1115 based systems use the advanced F-1001 gun for optimum control and speed. When combined with a wide range of accessories such as the L015-152 wand kit, the Fogging systems will deliver unparalleled coverage and productivity. When direct airless spray is needed to cover underbodies etc, simply remove the mixing cap from the F-1001 gun and spray with the airless tip built into the front of the gun.

This kit features all of our most popular wands to make your work fast and easy. Kit includes: 360 degree flex wand, 90 degree hook wand with flex hose, 45 degree x 10" hook wand with flex hose, and a 45 degree x 38 " hook wand. Also included is a quick coupler for the spray gun to allow rapid changes from one wand to another.

Please note, the wands in this kit are for use with conventional or Fogging systems where air atomization is used, up to a maximum pressure of 125 psi.
